Deck overview

This deck is a political Simic stompy engine helmed by Círdan the Shipwright. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana during the early turns to cast Círdan by Turn 4. Círdan's Secret Council ability forces opponents into prisoner's dilemmas: either they grant you card advantage, or they allow you to drop massive, game-warping permanents directly onto the battlefield for free. The deck leverages high-impact bombs such as Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Hullbreaker Horror, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, and Omniscience, bypassing their steep mana costs. Spliced with a dense package of blink spells and ETB multipliers like Panharmonicon and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, the deck repeatedly triggers council votes and value abilities. While giving opponents resources can backfire, the deck seeks to overwhelm the board through sheer token generation and massive combat swings by Turn 8.
