Deck overview

This is a razor-sharp Dimir artifact-combo deck helmed by Oona, Queen of the Fae. The primary plan is to assemble one of several infinite-mana engines - Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact, or Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal - then sink that mana into Oona's activated ability to exile entire libraries and bury the table in Faerie tokens. Backup lines include Helm of Obedience + Leyline of the Void for a slow mill lock, or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries combined with Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact for a self-mill victory. The deck is built for speed and redundancy, packing an absurd density of artifact tutors and fast mana to consistently hit its combos by turns 3-4. The commander is a pure outlet, not an engine, so the deck functions fine without her.
