Deck overview

The Beamtown Bullies is a focused Jund reanimator deck designed to weaponize severe creature drawbacks against opponents. The primary game plan uses low-cost graveyard tutors and discard outlets to place catastrophic nonlegendary creatures like Leveler, Eater of Days, and Jumbo Cactuar into the graveyard. Once The Beamtown Bullies is deployed with native haste on Turn 4, it immediately gifts these detrimental permanents to opponents during their upkeeps. Opponents are forced to exile their libraries, skip multiple turn cycles, or attack each other with massive goaded bodies, leading to rapid eliminations. Backed by efficient 1–2 CMC ramp, dense permanent removal, and lightweight protection spells like Deflecting Swat and Heroic Intervention, the deck operates with high speed and consistency. While the deck boasts devastating asymmetric disruption, it remains heavily reliant on its commander and susceptible to well-timed graveyard hate and targeted creature removal.
