Deck overview

This is an Abzan toughness-matters beatdown deck built around Doran, Besieged by Time. Doran discounts creature spells whose toughness exceeds power and makes every attacker/blocker into a pumped body via its +X/+X trigger. The 99 carries heavy redundancy for the "damage equal to toughness" effect - Doran, the Siege Tower, Assault Formation, Bedrock Tortoise, Ancient Lumberknot, and Felothar the Steadfast - so the plan survives commander hate. The deck ramps hard with dorks, Nature's Lore, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, and Fangorn, Tree Shepherd, then swings with oversized walls under trample. Big-moment finishers include Unnatural Growth, Jumbo Cactuar, Baldin, Century Herdmaster, and Betor, Kin to All. The deck wins through combat rather than infinite combos, overwhelming the table with repeated massive attack phases.
