Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie Tribal Aristocrats strategy commanded by Liliana the Repentant. The game plan revolves around generating high graveyard velocity through self-mill, deploying resilient Zombie threats, and assembling an infinite drain combo or overwhelming the table through aristocrat triggers and devotion burst. The primary win condition utilizes Gravecrawler, Warren Soultrader, and a drain payoff such as Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blood Artist, Bontu's Monument, or Vengeful Dead to drain all opponents simultaneously at instant speed. Synergistic engines like Undead Augur, Graveborn Muse, and Cryptbreaker provide steady card replenishment, while Noxious Ghoul and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet suppress opposing creature boards and graveyard interactions. Universal tutors like Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor provide consistent access to missing combo pieces, while robust reanimation tools ensure rapid engine recovery after disruption. The deck is vulnerable to targeted graveyard exile, instant-speed interaction during combo execution, and noncreature permanents.
