Deck overview

This deck is a thematic Boros Dwarf typal strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The primary game plan involves curving out low-cost Dwarves in the opening turns, deploying Thorin on Turn 5, and leveraging Thorin's ability to create a Treasure token whenever a Dwarf enters the battlefield. As artifact tokens accumulate, Thorin grants a massive scaling power boost of +1/+0 per artifact token to all other Dwarves. The deck transitions into lethal combat swings by Turn 6, overwhelming opponents through wide, high-power attacks augmented by double strike and trample enablers. In addition to fair combat pressure, the list contains synergy loops with Magda, Brazen Outlaw and Clock of Omens alongside artifact Changelings. While rich in flavor and combat burst, the deck remains vulnerable to board wipes and artifact destruction, requiring careful pacing when committing resources to the battlefield.
