Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered 4-color Landfall and creature-cheating battlecruiser strategy helmed by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The primary plan accelerates through 12 pieces of low-cost artifact ramp and fetchlands to deploy Nissa on Turn 5. The moment Nissa enters, playing a land triggers her Landfall ability, drawing a card and cheating a game-ending creature from the library directly onto the battlefield. The creature suite features devastating Praetors and Angels including Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Archon of Cruelty, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater, which strip opposing hands, wipe utility creatures, and lock down graveyards. Brainstorm and Brainsurge provide precise topdeck manipulation to ensure optimal cheat hits, while Jace, Multiverse Architect acts as an independent secondary cheat engine. The deck protects its board with free commander interaction, counterspells, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope, ultimately overwhelming the table with doubled damage from Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and extra combats from Moraug, Fury of Akoum by Turn 7.
