Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck centered on Prismari, the Inspiration. The commander gives every instant and sorcery a storm copy, so the deck wants to spend a turn building mana and then chain cheap spells into a payoff. Storm-Kiln Artist supplies Treasures from casts and copies, while Ral, Storm Conduit, Balmor, Battlemage Captain, Fire Servant, Shark Typhoon, and Empty the Warrens convert spell volume into damage or board presence. The deck has useful selection and interaction, but its seven-mana commander, limited early acceleration, and low tutor density make assembly slow. Its main problem is conversion: a large storm count can create advantage without reliably producing 120 damage or a total lockout. The deck is therefore a general-power build with a credible late-game engine, not a consistent competitive combo deck. It performs best when it preserves mana, uses selection early, and treats the commander as a value engine before attempting a decisive storm turn.
