Deck overview

This is a spell-caster/burn deck built around Vivi Ornitier, the intended commander. Every noncreature spell makes Vivi larger, deals damage to each opponent, and makes her tap ability relevant; the deck takes that loop into a boosted ritual turn. Its de-facto hidden commander is Prismari, the Inspiration, which converts the same instant/sorcery chain into a storm kill. The main plan is to launder cheap spells into mana and damage, then finish with a copied Crackle with Power or with Tellah's big-cast payoff. Urabrask, Ral, Guttersnipe, Exalted Flamer, and City on Fire add alternate burn. Tactical counterspells and protection protect the key overlapping spell and enchantment. It is a coherent, medium-tempo storm deck rather than a combo deck.
