Withering Life by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Beledros Witherbloom

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari token-value deck helmed by Beledros Witherbloom aims to generate overwhelming mana through the commander s untap ability, fueled by Pest tokens and life gain. The primary win condition is casting massive X-spells like Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire after untapping all lands. A secondary aristocrats drain package (Ayara, First of Locthwain, Zulaport Cutthroat, Mirkwood Bats) provides an alternative path. Token doublers (Parallel Lives, Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor) amplify both mana and drain output. The deck relies heavily on Beledros for explosive mana, but can still grind value through token generation and recursion.
