Deck overview

Storm, Windrider turns a modest GW creature base into an evasive, counter-stacking army. The primary plan is to land Storm early, then chain cheap targeting spells-pump, cantrips, and fight effects-so each attacker gains flying while heroic and repartee triggers add +1/+1 counters. Secondary paths use Court of Garenbrig, Hardened Scales, and Biogenic Upgrade to turn the commander or a land into a one-shot 20+ flier, and Shalai/Sigarda protect the board. There is no hidden commander: the other legends are support pieces. The deck wins through combat, with commander damage from Storm or a wide flying alpha strike, and must protect its key creature to avoid stalling.
