Deck overview

This deck is a high-power competitive Commander build centered around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Utilizing an ultra-dense suite of fast mana rocks, 1-mana dorks, and an original dual land mana base, the deck accelerates Sisay onto the battlefield by Turn 2 and accesses all five colors of mana by Turn 3. Sisay acts as an instant-speed tutor engine in the command zone, allowing the pilot to adaptively find asymmetric lock pieces like Teferi, Time Raveler and Lavinia, Azorius Renegade or pivot straight into a lethal combo. The primary win condition utilizes Emiel the Blessed, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, and a multi-mana permanent like Bloom Tender to generate infinite colored mana. Sisay then searches the library for Mount Doom, untapping and activating it repeatedly to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn without passing priority.
