Kodo by ItsMeTramp1

Format: Commander

Commander: Kudo, King Among Bears

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Selesnya deck is built around Kudo, King Among Bears, who turns every other creature into a 2/2 Bear. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap creatures and then snowball +1/+1 counters with Hardened Scales, The Earth Crystal, and Cathars' Crusade; Kalonian Hydra doubles those counters each attack. Ayula, Queen Among Bears is a secondary bear payoff, while Abzan Falconer and Champion of Lambholt add evasion. The deck wins with one massive alpha strike, usually through Beastmaster Ascension, Akroma's Will, or Triumph of the Hordes. It has moderate commander dependence: Kudo improves every body, but the counter package can still operate if he is removed.
