Dina, Soul Steeper is a two-card combo commander: pair her with Exquisite Blood and any life-gain event to create a mandatory drain loop that kills the table. The deck accelerates into that line with dorks, fast mana, and a deep tutor suite. Secondary paths use the land/graveyard engine-Ramunap Excavator, Crucible of Worlds, Life from the Loam, Splendid Reclamation-to make huge mana, recurse threats, and rebuild after disruption, and Dina's pump ability can close with commander damage if needed. There is no hidden commander; every non-commander card is selected to support Dina as both engine and finish. The deck is fast but heavily commander-dependent.
