Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is helmed by Sai, Master Thopterist, focusing on casting efficient artifact spells to build an evasive army of 1/1 Thopter tokens while converting spare resources into steady card advantage. The deck transitions into the mid-game by deploying scaling threats and anthems such as Master of Etherium, Forsaken Monument, and Kappa Cannoneer, turning small flying tokens into a lethal combat clock. High-impact artifacts like Myr Battlesphere, Nettlecyst, and Broodstar provide independent tall pressure that forces defensive answers. The interaction package balances early countermagic and bounce spells with high-CMC sweepers like All Is Dust and Nevinyrral's Disk. While vulnerable to mass artifact sweepers and multi-turn combat exposure, the deck maintains resilience through robust card-draw engines like Shimmer Dragon, Thopter Spy Network, and Padeem, Consul of Innovation, allowing it to consistently rebuild and overwhelm opponents in the air.
