This is an Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by The Emperor of Palamecia // The Lord Master of Hell, built around a dual-axis game plan. The primary axis involves casting high-mana-value noncreature spells to accumulate +1/+1 counters on the Emperor, transforming him into the Lord Master of Hell, then leveraging his triggered Starfall ability - which deals damage to each opponent based on the number of noncreature, nonland cards in your graveyard - as a game-ending attack trigger.
