Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and combo strategy built around enter-the-battlefield abilities, blink engines, and mill win conditions. Commanded by Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager, the deck uses flash timing to mass-flicker its permanents, generating huge bursts of card draw and untapping lands for extra mana. Early turns focus on playing mana rocks, hitting land drops, and deploying card engines like Mulldrifter, Dour Port-Mage, and The One Ring. Mid-game turns establish continuous blink engines via Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Displacer Kitten to control opposing boards with bounce and tap effects. The deck closes games decisively on Turn 7 by assembling the infinite mana loop of Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake, using Aether Channeler to draw the deck and Altar of the Brood to mill the table out in a single turn, backed by efficient countermagic and instant protection.
