New Untitled Deck by Budiswiser

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos treasure midrange deck built around Smaug, Wicked Worm's draw trigger. The primary plan is to make a critical mass of Treasures, keep casting cheap instants and sorceries with Treasure mana, and convert those casts into card draw and, once Alchemist's Talent reaches level 3, direct damage. Secondary paths use Mirkwood Bats to drain on every token event and Smaug the Magnificent/Goldspan Dragon for a large combat swing. Mica, Reader of Ruins, Sword of Wealth and Power, Fury Storm, and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker multiply spells and tokens. Prosper, Tome-Bound is an additional value engine, but there is no hidden commander. The deck lacks a two-card combo and relies on assembling engines.
