Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Temur Landfall Combo list commanded by Kodama of the East Tree and Kraum, Ludevic's Opus. Its primary objective is to leverage explosive fast mana to deploy Kodama alongside a landfall token generator like Scute Swarm or Field of the Dead and a bounce land such as Simic Growth Chamber. Because tokens enter with mana value 0, Kodama repeatedly drops the bounced land back onto the battlefield, creating an infinite army of creatures on turn 4. In backup plans, Retreat to Coralhelm pairs with Sakura-Tribe Scout to achieve similar infinite landfall iterations. Kraum provides supplemental card draw from the command zone while high-impact beaters like Craterhoof Behemoth and Omnath, Locus of Rage close stalled games. However, the deck sacrifices virtually all interaction and shielding, running zero counterspells, zero conventional spot removal, and no protective spells.
