Deck overview

This Sultai deck merges traditional Elfball swarm strategies with a potent graveyard-activated ability combo engine led by Thranduil, the Elvenking. The deck accelerates rapidly in the opening turns with efficient mana dorks like Priest of Titania, Arbor Elf, and Incubation Druid. It then uses cards like Buried Alive, Fauna Shaman, and legendary Elf looting triggers to deposit key creatures into the graveyard. Once Devoted Druid, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and Ezuri, Renegade Leader are in the graveyard, an active Thranduil generates infinite mana and gives all creatures infinite power, toughness, and trample to close the game on Turn 5. If Thranduil is answered or removed, the deck easily pivots to classic Elfball overrun lines via Lathril, Blade of the Elves, Tyvar, the Pummeler, Elvish Archdruid, and Overwhelming Stampede, maintaining high lethality and resilience across varied board states.
