Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Green mana-combo deck built around The Notary Hobbits. The commander enters as three Hobbits (itself plus two tokens), and with Parallel Lives, Second Harvest, or Springleaf Parade that army multiplies to 10+ Halflings, each tapping for dramatic colorless mana. Shang-Chi and Thousand-Year Elixir let the tokens activate on the same turn they arrive. The usual win is Staff of Domination drawing the entire deck and Walking Ballista dealing lethal damage; if Staff is missing, the same mana hardcasts indestructible Eldrazi such as Ulamog, Kozilek, or Blightsteel Colossus. The deck is faster and more consistent than a normal stompy build but depends on a small set of token and Staff pieces to close the game quickly.
