Beorn the Fierce by Donderslag

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green Bear-ramp deck that uses landfall Bears, changeling tokens, and a dense tutor package to assemble a one-turn Craterhoof/Finale kill. Beorn's anthem and three-Bear draw trigger are the card-advantage engine, so the deck spends the early game making as many Bear-class creatures as possible and then converts them into a 120-damage combat step. Secondary plans include landfall token swarms from Dancing from Dark to Dawn and Rampaging Baloths, plus huge beaters like Elder Gargaroth and Vigor. There is no hidden partner or double-faced commander; the deck is built squarely around Beorn's face side.
