Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy mono-red burn and card-advantage engine commanded by Clive, Ifrit's Dominant // Ifrit, Warden of Inferno. The primary game plan focuses on establishing early red devotion permanents and discard-triggered pingers like Brallin, Skyshark Rider, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, and Cool but Rude, supported by damage multipliers including Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell. On Turn 5, casting Clive discards your hand to immediately draw cards equal to your devotion to red, dealing explosive burst damage to all opponents while refilling your hand with fresh threats and rituals. Follow-up turns leverage massive mana production from cards like Jeska's Will and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx alongside devastating finishers like Fanatic of Mogis, Cavalier of Flame, and Chandra's Ignition to close out the game by Turn 7. The deck maintains resilience through redirection spells, uncounterable effects, and alternate discard engines.
