Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Rakdos combo and reanimation deck designed to close games on turns 2 to 3. It leverages premier fast mana and efficient tutors to assemble game-winning combinations such as Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Zealous Conscripts, Dualcaster Mage with Twinflame, or storm loops with Underworld Breach. While Olivia, Crimson Bride serves as an uncounterable, high-cost reanimation engine in the command zone, the 99 functions completely independently through low-cost reanimation spells and massive card engines like Ad Nauseam and Bolas's Citadel. Proactive hate pieces like Opposition Agent and Blood Moon slow down faster opponents while targeted discard and free interaction protect the deck's decisive win attempts.
