Eluge, the Shoreless Sea (Copy)

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Eluge is a mono-blue spellslinger-control deck built on flood counters: every attack puts a counter on a land, turning it into an Island and discounting the first instant or sorcery each turn. The primary plan is to slow the table with counters and bounces, turn spare mana into drakes and card advantage, and win by setting Triskaidekaphile to exactly thirteen cards in hand at upkeep. Extra turns with Walk the Aeons and recursion are a secondary path when the 13-card setup fails, and Talrand plus Shark Typhoon provide a combat fallback. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Eluge's flood-counter engine.
