Kami Crescent Moon Budet Hug by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue group hug/control strategy helmed by Kami of the Crescent Moon, using its symmetrical draw to fuel a high-density draw engine of your own. The primary game plan revolves around playing multiple symmetrical draw effects (Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix) and amplifying them with Teferi's Ageless Insight to bury opponents in card advantage, while using a vast suite of bounce, tap, and theft effects to disrupt their board state. Win conditions are slow and combat-oriented: beat down with large creatures like Shipbreaker Kraken, Tolarian Terror, or stolen threats via Puca's Mischief and Wrong Turn. There are no infinite combos, making the deck a reactive control pile that relies on attrition and incremental value to close out games.
