Demon deck by Jrodfluff

Format: Commander

Commander: Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Rakdos, Lord of Riots deck leans into the demon-tribal and life-loss synergies of its commander, aiming to deploy massive creatures at a steep discount. The game plan revolves around reliably dealing damage each turn to enable Rakdos's cost reduction, then dropping high-cost demons, dragons, and value creatures ahead of curve. The deck lacks a compact infinite combo, instead winning through incremental combat damage, direct drain spells like Exsanguinate, and the commander's own flying trample beats. Reanimation via Reanimate and Whip of Erebos provides recovery, and a handful of removal spells keeps opponents in check. The overall strategy is mid-range, favouring raw power over speed or stack interaction.
