Shorikai thoracle 2.0 by dadbeaver

Format: Commander

Commander: Shorikai, Genesis Engine

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is an Azorius artifact combo deck helmed by Shorikai, Genesis Engine, which provides steady card filtering and Pilot tokens to crew itself or other Vehicles. The primary game plan is to assemble one of several deterministic infinite loops-most involving Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever, or Urza, Lord High Artificer-to generate infinite mana, mill, or damage, then win through Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Brain Freeze. The deck also packs a dense tutor suite (nine tutors, including premium 1-CMC options) and a powerful interaction base with free counterspells and Silence effects, allowing it to protect its combo turn. The commander is a valuable draw engine and token generator but is not required for any of the combo lines; the deck operates at near-full capacity without casting Shorikai.
