Deck overview

This deck is a Jund -1/-1 counter attrition engine commanded by The Reaper, King No More. Its strategy revolves around placing -1/-1 counters on opposing creatures to weaken their stats, trigger token generation from Nest of Scarabs and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, and draw cards through Generous Patron and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. When shrunken enemy creatures die, the commander and Necroskitter steal them onto your battlefield. The deck controls the game state with asymmetric suppression tools like Kulrath Knight and Maha, Its Feathers Night, which prevent affected creatures from attacking or blocking and make them fragile. Once the board is locked down, the deck finishes opponents by attacking with unblockable token armies, draining life totals with Obelisk Spider and The Meathook Massacre, or extracting insurmountable value from recurring stolen threats.
