One More Time by whittleguy

Format: Commander

Commander: Kess, Dissident Mage

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis spellslinger deck uses Kess, Dissident Mage for value, not as a combo piece. Its primary plan is to assemble Thousand-Year Storm with Storm-Kiln Artist and the copy spells Increasing Vengeance and Narset's Reversal to generate infinite Treasures and infinite storm copies. Secondary paths win without infinite: Grapeshot, Aetherflux Reservoir, and incremental damage from Guttersnipe, Black Waltz No. 3, Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch and Torbran. Kess recurs key instants and sorceries once per turn. The hidden commanders are Thousand-Year Storm and Storm-Kiln Artist - the deck mulligans and tutors to find them, and the game ends when they stay on the battlefield.
