Deck overview

This deck is a focused mono-blue mill archetype led by Bruvac the Grandiloquent. The primary game plan uses Bruvac's replacement effect to double all mill quantities, turning half-library mill spells into immediate game-ending plays. The deck achieves a table-wide kill by casting a kicked Maddening Cacophony on Turn 5, milling 100% of all opponents' libraries simultaneously and causing them to lose on their next draw steps. A massive density of 20 Persistent Petitioners provides a redundant Advisor engine to grind down opponents, while single-target mill spells such as Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, and Terisian Mindbreaker can eliminate players one by one. The list also includes an infinite extra-turn engine through Panoptic Mirror imprinting Beacon of Tomorrows, as well as alternate beatdown via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage. The deck balances its proactive mill pressure with light countermagic, defensive taxation from Propaganda, and mass bounce from Cyclonic Rift.
