Blue flood by TheGoofOne

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea leads a mono-blue control and spellslinger deck that uses flood counters to discount instant and sorcery spells on every player's turn. The early game establishes mana reduction and card advantage through heavy draw and countermagic suites. Once control is secured, the deck closes the game through several vectors: high-power commander damage aided by Rogue's Passage, wide evasion tokens via Talrand, Sky Summoner, Shark Typhoon, and Namor the Sub-Mariner, or infinite turn and bounce loops using Archaeomancer or Mystic Sanctuary paired with Ghostly Flicker, Capsize, or Walk the Aeons.
