Deck overview

This deck is a Boros aggro-midrange strategy centered on Dwarf tribal synergy and Treasure accumulation, led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The early game focuses on deploying low-curve Dwarves alongside mana acceleration. Once Thorin resolves, every subsequent Dwarf contributes to Treasure generation, while accumulated artifact tokens scale the entire Dwarf board with asymmetric power buffs. Mid-game turns leverage high-impact engines such as Academy Manufactor, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, and Storm-Kiln Artist to amass explosive mana reserves and artifact counts. Victory is secured either through alpha strikes enabled by Taunt from the Rampart, direct damage from Reckless Fireweaver and Crackle with Power, or alternative threats like Hellkite Tyrant. While highly explosive in creature combat, the deck relies heavily on maintaining a critical mass of permanents on board, making timing and protection against opposing sweepers essential.
