Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Jund midrange build led by Henzie "Toolbox" Torre. Its game plan focuses on deploying Henzie by turn 3 using a dense suite of 1- and 2-mana ramp spells. Once Henzie is on the battlefield, creature spells with mana value 4 or greater gain blitz and cost reductions, allowing the deck to play ahead of curve. Blitzed creatures gain haste, attack immediately, and draw cards when they are sacrificed at the end step. The deck uses early blitz turns to search out additional lands with creatures like Rampant Rejuvenator and Primeval Herald. By turn 5, it transitions into overwhelming game threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Etali, Primal Storm, and mass reanimation through Living Death and Bringer of the Last Gift. While weak to graveyard hate and sustained commander removal, its natural card velocity and explosive combat phases close games reliably by turn 7.
