Deck overview

The First Sliver is a five-color cascade value engine, but the real assembly card in the 99 is Sliver Overlord, acting as a hidden commander. The primary plan is to ramp into The First Sliver and chain cheap Slivers for card advantage, then pivot to the Food Chain + Squee loop: generate infinite mana, cast Sliver Overlord, tutor Sliver Queen and haste/evasion pieces, and kill with infinite Sliver tokens. Secondary lines use Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen and Intruder Alarm + mana Slivers to go infinite, or simply beat down with Sliver Legion and double strike after Thrumming Hivepool. No double-faced commander is present. The deck is built to use The First Sliver's cascade primarily, with Overlord as the hidden tutor engine.
