Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Gruul big-mana stompy and burn list built around Roxanne, Starfall Savant. Roxanne serves as both an offensive threat and a potent mana accelerant, creating Meteorite tokens on entry and attack that deal direct damage while tapping for two mana of any color. The deck uses an efficient package of 1- and 2-mana ramp spells to reliably cast Roxanne on Turn 4. Once assembled, the surplus mana fuels massive X-cost Hydras, devastating burn spells like Crackle with Power, and explosive token duplicators such as Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink and For the Common Good. Card draw engines keyed to high power and token creation maintain hand velocity, while low-cost protection spells like Tamiyo's Safekeeping and Tyvar's Stand shield key threats. The deck reliably creates a lethal board state by Turn 5 and eliminates all opponents by Turn 7.
