Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact midrange deck uses Sai, Master Thopterist to turn every cheap artifact into flying board presence and card advantage. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through artifacts like Sol Ring, Mind Stone, and Etherium Sculptor before casting Sai on Turn 3. From Turn 4 onward, casting low-cost artifacts fills the board with 1/1 flying Thopter tokens while engines such as Shimmer Dragon, Vedalken Archmage, and Thopter Spy Network keep the hand replenished. The deck finishes games by augmenting its flying swarm with wide anthems and massive payoffs, including Forsaken Monument, Chief of the Foundry, Master of Etherium, and Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, or by attacking with unblockable threats like Kappa Cannoneer. While vulnerable to mass artifact wipes, the deck offers strong recovery and resilient resource velocity.
