Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai kindred midrange strategy powered by Maralen, Fae Ascendant. It combines green Elf mana acceleration with blue and black Faerie tempo, flash interaction, and card theft. Early turns ramp aggressively using efficient dorks like Priest of Titania and Bloom Tender to deploy Maralen ahead of curve. Once assembled, Maralen turns every kindred creature entry into library exile and free spellcasts. By combining flash enablers such as High Fae Trickster and Leyline of Anticipation with Seedborn Muse and flash Faeries, the deck triggers Maralen on opponents' turns to generate overwhelming resource velocity. A wide board of flying tokens and pumped Elves, reinforced by Elvish Warmaster, Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, and Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, steadily depletes life totals. Backed by cheap countermagic, flexible removal, and board protection like Heroic Intervention, the deck out-values the table and closes games through decisive combat swarms.
