The Lonely Mountain by droxics521

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Dwarf tribal artifact-token deck. Thorin creates a Treasure whenever a Dwarf enters and pumps other Dwarves +1/+0 for each artifact token you control, turning a wide board into a lethal attack. Secondary paths use enter-the-battlefield payoffs like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Reckless Fireweaver and Terror of the Peaks to burn opponents as Dwarves and tokens enter. Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a hidden commander, converting tapped Dwarves into Treasures and tutoring Dragons or artifacts. The deck wins through combat overrun or incremental ping damage, with token doublers Anointed Procession and Mondrak amplifying both plans.
