Format: Commander

Commander: Splinter, Radical Rat

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Esper Ninja tempo deck with Splinter, Radical Rat as the commander and Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as the hidden commander in the 99. The plan is to stick a cheap unblockable/enabler, ninjutsu in value Ninjas, and let Splinter double every triggered ability: double Yuriko damage, double card draw, double theft, and double half-life triggers. The primary win is sustained Ninja combat plus the Shredder, Shadow Master + Wound Reflection combo, with Dark Leo & Shredder's token half-life loop as backup. The commander is a force multiplier, not an engine, so the deck remains functional if Splinter is removed, but loses most of its explosive ceiling.
