Commander: Chira, All In

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chira, All In is a random-value engine that turns every coin flip, die roll, and random discard into +1/+1 counters and Treasures. The primary plan is to land Chira, then convert the deck's red draw-and-discard spells and dice/coin permanents into a huge, unblockable/trampling commander, finishing with commander damage and extra combat. Secondary paths include Chance Encounter's luck-counter win, copied Chiras from Delina and The Fire Crystal, and incidental burn from Balor and Magmakin Artillerist. The commander supplies both ramp and the voltron body, so removing Chira sharply reduces the deck's ceiling. This is a swingy, mid-speed red deck that can explode with double-trigger permanents but has no way to remove enchantments.
