Deck overview

This deck is a focused non-green polymorph control strategy piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around generating cheap creature tokens in the opening turns using resilient low-cost engines like Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Charismatic Conqueror. On Turn 4, the deck leverages dense 2-CMC artifact acceleration to cast Jace and immediately activate its −3 loyalty ability, exiling a token to cheat a catastrophic creature or planeswalker directly from the library onto the battlefield. The top end features game-warping threats including Toxrill, the Corrosive, Blightsteel Colossus, Archon of Cruelty, Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. While the deck possesses immense creature control and sustained attrition, its closing speed is constrained to combat steps over three turn rotations, and it relies on proactive board suppression rather than reactive countermagic.
