Kitsune ni Joms by Mrpogi

Format: Commander

Commander: Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant // Rune-Tail's Essence

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-white lifegain control deck focuses on turning high life totals into overwhelming board presence and alternate win conditions. Your commander, Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant, instantly flips into Rune-Tails Essence in Commander due to the forty starting life. This enchantment prevents all damage to your creatures, creating an impenetrable defensive wall and enabling damage redirection combos with Pariah, Palisade Giant, and Protector of the Crown. You win by reaching critical life totals for Felidar Sovereign, Test of Endurance, or Aetherflux Reservoir, assembling the infinite damage combo of Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista, or overrunning opponents with tall lifegain token engines like Crested Sunmare and Resplendent Angel.
