Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally is a Simic landfall/value deck. The front face is the primary build-around: an anthem and a landfall token engine that turns extra land drops into Elves. Silvan Rally is an early setup spell that mills two lands into hand, smoothing mana and stocking the graveyard for flashback/land recursion. Secondary paths are a slow self-mill engine (Gleam of Death, Glacierwood Siege, Master's Councillors) and a fragile artifact combo with The Notary Hobbits, Roaming Throne, and Staff of Domination that makes infinite mana and draws, but lacks a direct win. No true hidden commander; Thranduil's Company drives the land-drop plan.
