Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is led by Sai, Master Thopterist, focusing on converting cheap artifact spells into an evasive air force of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. The early game establishes reliable mana velocity through 2-drop mana rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor, enabling Sai to hit the battlefield on Turn 3. The mid-game leverages repeatable card draw engines such as Vedalken Archmage, Thopter Spy Network, and Sai's sacrifice ability to maintain a full hand while growing a wide token board. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 7 by resolving game-altering anthem payoffs, most notably Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut which transforms small Thopters into 5/3 Juggernauts, alongside Forsaken Monument and Kappa Cannoneer. While vulnerable to mass artifact wipes and lacking fast tutors, the deck excels at generating overwhelming board presence and incremental card advantage.
