Deck overview

Sami, Wildcat Captain leads a Boros artifact deck that converts wide artifact deployment into massive mana velocity. By granting all spells affinity for artifacts, Sami turns expensive artifacts and spells into low-cost or free plays. The early game focuses on deploying artifact lands, mana Myrs, and low-cost utility rocks. Once Sami resolves, the deck rapidly floods the board with high-impact engines like The One Ring, Mystic Forge, and Illustrious Wanderglyph. Victory is achieved either by animating the artifact army through Depthshaker Titan with melee, trample, and haste, swarming with Myr Battlesphere, or channeling late-game mana into lethal burn spells like Crackle with Power. The deck maintains strong resilience against board wipes using mass artifact reanimation spells like Wake the Past and Roar of Reclamation. While vulnerable to mass exile effects and lacking stack counterplay, its immense mana acceleration and explosive recovery make it a formidable proactive midrange threat.
