Deck overview

Saruman, the White Hand is the engine of a noncreature-spell amass deck. Casting instants, sorceries, and cheap artifacts turns every noncreature spell into an Army pump, while ward {2} on Goblins/Orcs protects the board. No hidden commander is present; Saruman the White is a secondary amass engine. The main path is a huge Orc Army, finished either by Assault on Osgiliath double-strike combat or by Chandra's Ignition under Isengard Unleashed, with Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and The Great Goblin providing a burn backup. Saruman itself is not a combo piece but the acceleration that lets each draw spell double as a threat.
