Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Equipment and token aggro deck led by Koll, the Forgemaster. It blends Kaldheim snow mechanics with equipment synergy and go-wide token producers. The deck aims to deploy cheap ramp and early creatures, cast Koll to establish death recursion and token buffs, and suit up attackers with impactful equipment such as Bladehold War-Whip, Bearded Axe, and Dwarven Hammer. In the mid game, it pivots into decisive combat pressure using large token spells like Starnheim Unleashed and Reckless Crew, or evasive flyers like Rimescale Dragon and Adarkar Valkyrie. While Koll enables resilient creature recycling and has potential combo loops with Memnite, Thermopod, and Lightning Greaves, the absence of dedicated creature tutors makes creature-based combat the deck's primary route to victory. The deck features functional damage-based removal and pinpoint aura control, but it is vulnerable to mass board wipes and artifact sweepers over prolonged multi-turn combat clocks.
