Deck overview

This deck is a four-color control deck built around a polymorph engine in the command zone. It uses cheap mana rocks and noncreature token generators during the first three turns to prepare fodder. On Turn 4, it casts Jace, Multiverse Architect and activates his -3 ability to flip a token into an overwhelming creature or planeswalker. The payoff suite features brutal Phyrexian Praetors and heavy hitters like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Toxrill, the Corrosive, and Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, which establish crushing asymmetric locks and dismantle opposing boards. The deck backs up this strategy with efficient one- and two-mana interaction, free protection spells like Flawless Maneuver, and alternate polymorph spells such as Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny. While it contains an infinite combo between Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror, it primarily closes games on Turn 7 through overwhelming combat damage and sustained resource denial across three opponent response cycles.
