This list is an Esper control-combo deck that leverages Zur the Enchanter as an uncounterable tutor engine from the command zone while operating as an efficient table police deck. The primary game plan uses early ramp to cast Zur on Turn 3, attacking on Turn 4 to put Necropotence onto the battlefield.
